PACKAGES - HOW WE HELP YOU

CCUSA provides expert level service to international families in selecting the best summer camp experience for your child. We assist with planning, logistics and preparation to ensure a successful and seamless program for you and your camper.

REFERRAL PACKAGE

Choose a camp based on CCUSA’s expert knowledge and your understanding of what your child most wants and need out of this experience.

  • Connect with a CCUSA family consultant near you. Our consultants listen and learn all about your camper’s needs and interests, as well as the type of camp, focus, activities, and a range of key criteria that will help your child thrive.
  • CCUSA will immediately get to work on matching your child to a handful of potential camps that we are confident are a great fit based on your preferences.
  • CCUSA puts you in contact with each camp via email and videoconference. We follow up if you require any further assistance with the enrollment process or travel logistics.

FULL ENROLLMENT PACKAGE

CCUSA and your family consultant will work together to prepare your child for the best experience of their life. This package is also perfect for families wishing to attend camp together, groups or sports teams.  In addition to the tailored, consultation with you and your child, CCUSA offers:

  • Assistance with camp-specific application and enrollment.
  • Assistance with completion of health, medical, insurance forms.
  • Share/translate important pre-camp information forms, packing lists, guidelines, and arrival logistics.
  • Assistance with international travel booking and coordination of US travel to camp information.
  • Assistance with selecting and enrolling in tailored program options, add-on packages, and ordering of additional equipment or uniform.

CONCIERGE PACKAGE

Your child arrives at camp ready for the time of their life.  CCUSA provides seamless support selecting, preparing for, traveling to, and throughout the camp session. CCUSA remains with you through the entire process, including full enrollment and dedicated support throughout the experience.  This option includes:

  • A travel chaperone for your camper from your international gateway airport to the camp’s pickup location.
  • Ordering and delivery of any equipment, such as bedding, uniforms, sports gear, supplies, or other items required to bring to camp.
  • Ongoing support during camp, including outreach to both you and the camp director to monitor their program, and provide any additional help as needed. 

From the time you connect with our local consultant until your child returns home from his/her transformational summer camp experience, CCUSA will be there every step of the way.
